1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing webrisepartners.com or engaging WebRise Partners for digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any formal project Statement of Work ("SOW") executed between both parties.
2. Scope of Custom Development
Our flagship package includes custom website architecture (up to 7 agreed core pages) and first-year cloud hosting. Custom development is not unlimited development. Specific features, page count, layouts, third-party API integrations, revision rounds, and exclusions are explicitly enumerated in each client's approved SOW. Work beyond the approved SOW will be billed at prevailing change-order rates.
3. Ongoing Retainer & Cancellation
Our ongoing growth retainer (₹14,999/month + GST) commences following completion of Month 1 onboarding. The ongoing retainer is billed on a month-to-month basis with no multi-year lock-in. Clients may cancel or pause ongoing services at any time by providing written notice thirty (30) days in advance.
4. Hosting & Domain Policy
First-year high-speed managed cloud hosting is bundled with the flagship package. Following the initial 12-month period, hosting renews annually at prevailing maintenance rates (typically ₹4,500 – ₹6,000/year inclusive of SSL and daily backups). Clients retain the right to migrate their website source code to an independent host upon contract settlement at zero penalty.
5. Third-Party Costs & Ad Spend
Third-party advertising budgets (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Sponsored Products), paid marketplace commission fees, and premium software licenses are the sole responsibility of the client and are paid directly to the respective third-party providers.
6. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Upon full settlement of all development fees, the client owns 100% of the custom design layouts, website code, and content generated specifically for their business. WebRise Partners retains the right to display non-confidential screenshots in its portfolio unless an explicit non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prohibits disclosure.
